Import ACT Data

This will read a .TXT file containing Parcel information from the ACT Parcel Database.
It will then display this data as a joined parcel network
Lots are displayed in the “ACT” text files as follows:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The “BLOCK” number is stored as the lot number and the “SECTION” number as the Plan Number. If road centreline data is included in the file it will display the road name and ask for a road width. If the width is entered it will add connections at each tangent point to the adjacent boundary. The road centrelines will be entered as lines type 997, and the road lot will also be classified as a 997 lot since the road may not close on to itself.
